Contribute FeedbackMorton's Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale offers a mixed experience for diners. While some guests praised personalized service, delicious steaks, and attentive staff, others were disappointed by overcooked food and slow service. One diner mentioned exceptional steaks cooked perfectly and enjoyed with recommended sauces, although appetizers received mixed reviews. Service was a highlight for some, with specific servers being praised for their attentiveness. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential but may need to address consistency issues in both food preparation and service quality to provide a stellar dining experience for all guests.
Service was wonderful. Food was below mediocre. Had to send back a cold soup and two poorly cooked steaks to receive two more poorly cooked steaks. French fries were cold and lacking flavor. The temp on every dish was off. The only thing redeeming was the server. We will not be coming back.
I highly recommend requesting Mike as your server at this restaurant. Mortons is known for their steak, but the sea bass is also amazing.
Excellent steaks cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive and thorough.
My husband and I were celebrating our 11th anniversary and decided to try out Morton's in Fort Lauderdale (we had previously been to the North Miami location a few times). We began with two dirty martinis and ordered the sea bass with miso sauce, which was excellent. The filet with blue cheese butter and scallops was cooked to perfection. The creamed spinach was also delicious. The service was outstanding and the management was attentive. Overall, our experience was nothing short of 5 stars and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Morton's!
The service exceeded my expectations and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
