What User likes about Steak 'n Shake:
3.5 stars. The hotel is so busy at the airport. Everything else in the food court closes around 6, but they close around 7, so there was a long line. There are so many flights until 11 o'clock it would be nice if all restaurants were open until 10-11 o'clock. Maybe close early for the pandemic? The line was long, but the staff were very friendly! And this was the end of her shift so kudos for her. The quality was at Steak?n Shake standards and although it is in the airport, prices were just a little more than at a regular location, no crazy airport price gouging. Definitely, my reflection made a little better.
What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
I'm not a fan of the fries. They were good. I just don't like em that skinny. ????? But the burgers were good and so was the shake. Unfortunately, the lady got happy with the Reese's scoops. But I appreciate her for trying to hook me up with extra scoops! View all feedback.
