The first time that I was here, I didn't know what to order, so I got a Burrito Cuz, I knew what that was either, or wing Burrito was huge love the Nachos.. ask why there was a big blue guy on the wall that she really didn't.. A lady came with a cute little dog called Eddie and the Gentleman there was nice to him water and a small bowl he showed me very View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tijuana Flats:
I'm sorry. It's just not very good. Staff who take our order seemed to be on the phone with headphones, so I wasn't sure she took us. Flautas? re dry and the meat in them was actually quite bad. Hubs had a burrito, edible, but nothing special. View all feedback.
Food was great customer service could be a little better, just like we did someone came to see how everything was 5stars cause food was very fresh restaurant was clean
Such a wonderful experience every time I visit this restaurant. Amazing customer service and the manager in service is so friendly and efficient it is admirable. I love this place.
It would have been funny if it was not my food. I clearly did not want pico or jalapeños. Everything else was good! We had a pretty large order so one mistake is not a huge deal. It’s funny because it’s a clear top you can literally see the food.
I went to Tijuana flats so many times more than 8 years ago. I loved it. I thought it was a good idea to try again as we happened to be in the area. The staff was friendly ans helpful with selecting dinner items. However, the food was not good. It was dry and not as impressive as it once was.
Service lady was great. Quesadilla was tiny and about half the size as the last time I visited this location. Employee stated they are always the same size....and I saw a cockroach crawl across the dining room, so I won't be back.
