What Chef Mike likes about Wood Fired Pizza:
had a solo dinner here tonight. Very friendly servers. Prompt Service. Decent Caesar salad . Good price for a glass of Italian Ripasso. I searched the internet long and hard for an authentic Neapolitan pizza place. Perhaps Luigi is from Naples but the pizza did not have true Neapolitan character. good sausage on my Capricossa , Caveat I am a chef of 30years and make a LOT of pizza. Good value, and quick.
