Honestly, the food was basically tasteless. But the waitress was very friendly. Here's their eggplant parmesan recipe: boil spaghetti, do not salt water. Wash heavily until the pasta is cold. Dump in bowl with a scoop of canned tomato sauce. Top with one slice of Publix deli mozzarella and two thin slices of fried eggplant.
