I placed a mobile order for a Frappuccino at 10:14 AM. I didn't get my drink until 10:38 AM. The app said it would be ready 10:27. I have never in my entire life waited that long for a drink. People that came in after me received their drinks after I placed my order. It was absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure what plan they follow, but they need to learn from Chick-fil-A. I give 2 stars because the drink was good. View all feedback.
