"Before explaining, the two stars are for management, not the front of house staff. Visited this location on 9/10/22 for dinner. No qualms about the food burgers were great. Kitchen staff, however, was slammed. And management was absolutely no help. While the title of the restaurant is Five Guys, it looked like there were only three guys working. It appeared as if the lobby employee walked out before the end of his shift. After this happened, kitchen staff was notably (and understandably) stressed. Having worked in food service before, management is usually expected to help out their staff in the middle of rush and/or trying times. During the middle of a rush, a few employees were even pulled off the line to go talk to management in the back. I felt bad for the kitchen staff they were trying their best. Our order got lost in the shuffle along with others'. Burgers were tasty ... just had to wait about 45 minutes for them. I hope management can learn how to support their employees better."

"Great experience! Beautiful waitress named Amber gave us a feeling at home. Like she knew us all our lives. My mother was a banquet server for 30 years and understands quality service and what that should be and Amber together with her partner showed excellent customer service beyond and beyond. The food was great, the seat was comfortable. The salad bar was excellent!! The chefs understood a steak preference, my wife didn't have to send her steak back witch was great!! The best part was the prices, with a little over 20% on top we, where even less than $90 a person and we ate like kings, from beginning to end. Vary happy with our experience, my only disappointment is that we were not earlier in this great institution. 5stars isn?t enough that is a must visit!!!"
