This was an entirely new thing to me. You walk around and select/order what you want, then check out at the kiosk with no human contact. It was weird, but I liked that there was no pressure to hurry, upgrade, etc. The food was surprisingly good. View all feedback.

Quality of food has definitely gone up and down over time. In general pretty good service. More recently they've hiked up prices and reduced portion sizes. Also frequently hard to find a seat, noisy and busy. (Attached is a photo of $9.25 Jambalaya) View all feedback.
