We went there 3 times during our 1 week vacation. I think that says it all. Fish and chips were great and also the haggis. Very nice service!

"Epic food. Both mine my partners steaks cooked to perfection. Pudding was o so good to round off the meal. Plus the staff were very polite friendly. Shout out to Ross for tending to our table for the evening top guy ??. Would highly recommend The Old Inn and even if your route up/down the country doesn’t go directly past it, I would gladly take the time effort to detour for the food and atmosphere. 5 stars!"

"This is very over rated and the hype is not worth it. They are in a new location sharing anther restaurant. But it was touted as some great seafood and was very sub-par. The atmosphere is hot and stuffy. Service was good and friendly. The menu was good just most of the food was marginal. Was really looking forward to a special night out but this was not it."

"It is really nice place with fantastic service, we came with our dog and we were welcomed. I ate the Cajun Hähnchenburger and it was amazing if you like a spicy burger. My partner had the roasted pack and they enjoyed it very much. for dessert we choose the Crannachan cheese cake . An experience I would recommend to everyone."

"Had a tuna toastie and a haggis baked potato with side of mushrooms and a sausage roll. Cheap prices! You can also get a packaged lunch here for 6.5 pounds which is good for hiking days. Each main came with coleslaw and salad which was great and make it extra filling. One toastie was around 3 or 4 pounds, very cheap. The haggis was super good and some of the best I've had in Scotland so far."
