Never order online. I ordered in the morning for pickup at 415 and paid in advance. Well, I showed up at 415 and they just got the order? How could that be possible? You said if you order online and plan for a pick-up time, the orders do not come until your pick-up time. Bad operation. Bad customer service. No apology of the employees.
