What User likes about Ihop:
The service was very slow and not busy. It seems to have enough employees, but perhaps some specific tasks and can or cannot help a table or employee. Also the kitchen was made of chocolate milk at 830 and my 10 grandson had to stand for sweet tea. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. I ordered a meal to go to the front counter. I paid and they told me it was 10 minutes. It took an hour to get my food. Every employee I asked said they would look into them and never return. The manager had to submit my order because apparently the host did not, and no one saw it as if they had said it.
