Weekly GO TO!!! The food quality is amazing, but staff could use some more experience. Always make sure to check your to-go orders before leaving, but as long as everything has been in the bag, I've never been disappointed with the quality/flavor! View all feedback.
What Bryan D doesn't like about Tokyo Joe's Waterside:
My family visited this location tonight. The food that was served was utterly inedible, specifically the General Joe's Soup. It was full of stems. And the avocado was unbelievable--it was actually hard and like plastic. It could literally be bent but would not break. My egg was cold and my soup was lukewarm. This was truly disgusting. There is no excuse for this. This would have been obvious when the food was prepare... View all feedback.

Came her for the second time and I got helped by Ashley. She was a PHENOMENAL help and a really laid back person. She helped me try something new and sample what fits my taste buds. She was an AMAZING person, and was nice to talk to during my ordering process. I'm thankful I ran into her today. The food is also really amazing and healthier here. It's about $12+ depending on what you order, but the food will get you full and can last you two eating sessions (depending on who you are also my experience is with ordering the poke bowl).Bottom line I think eating here is worth the money and the service is very good.
Many options for ramen and poke bowls, including vegan and vegetarian. They have a variety of toppings and proteins. The sweet potato base with yellow curry sauce makes me happy. There's alcohol and patio seating too. (I took my doggie and sat outside. The staff made us all laugh and feel comfortable. Great for quick takeout too.
Ok I know I just did a review but I have to do another one. We have been in this area for about two months now and I have been in several times at least once or twice a week. Every time we come in we are welcomed with smiling faces. Ashely is who has waiting on me the past few times and it always a pleasure to see her. But I also have to mention the kitchen staff. The food is always good here. The sushi is what entices me to come back but again the service is why I do.
Great bone marrow. The ramen broths are excellent. Great fast service. Highly recommend. No elevator so you have to hike up some stairs to get to the second floor. Not recommended for disabled people.
