This Wendy's has an amazing staff that is always smiling. The hamburger buns were incredibly soft and flavorful today, not dry or stale at all. The meat was juicy and fresh, which isn’t always the case at fast food places. We often get tired of paying high prices for poor-quality food, but this location truly stands out. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The manager kaleah is the most rude and unprofessional manager I've "caffed." I do not understand why they put young inexperienced and unprofessional people in leadership roles. It lacks leadership and customer service skills. I'll help NIE back this place. I can only imagine how she treats people's food with the kind of their attitude. Don't recommend this place.
