"Lunch companion said it's the best Reuben sandwich he's had in years. Turkey and brie sandwich was good, lots of brie, fresh lettuce, a little lite on the turkey. The bread kind of fell apart under the sandwich ingredients. Lemon chicken vegetable soup is the best! Good lemon flavor but not overpowering. Great selection of iced teas too. Haven't tried the 12 veggie soup yet today but got a container to go since I always like it."

"Great spot for healthy bowls, juices and smoothies! Dropped in for a bowl and juice and was pretty surprised. The girl at the counter was nice and patient and got my order pretty quick. The bowl I had was just as I ordered it and it was delicious! The juice I ended up taking to go but it was also great! The store has an awesome tropical beachy vibe and was very clean! Will be back for more!"

"Local Craft Food and drinks restaurant in a good location. Friendly service, good food!Tried the Wagyu Sliders, pretty good except there’s too much bun, and the burgers were a little too well done. Ordered the Deviled Eggs with Bacon To Go and they are delish! Bacon is plentiful and CRISPY!! Perfect! Can’t stand chewy bacon! Interesting twist is they serve them atop a hollowed out slice of cucumber! It’s ok.An Order of the Deviled Eggs has 4 halves and it’s plenty! $6 during Happy Hour! $5 without bacon!There was a sweet note rolled into a scroll inside my To Go bag which had a nice note on the outside!?Menu looks great, will definitely be back to try more options!UPDATE: 10/20/22 Southwest Chopped Cobb Salad was packed full of fresh, delicious ingredients! *The Dressing was very spicy so I added Ranch and it balanced nicely! My friend had the Wedge Caesar with Grilled Salmon. An interesting twist on Salad (see the photo). She enjoyed it. Service was a bit slow to begin, but good after we got served. Disappointed that they were out of cold brew.Nice Outdoor Patio, Nice Views through the Large Windows at the bar! "Phil 's has been a staple presence in our community for many years and I 'm sorry I waited this long to review them. Phil, his daughter Alyssa and his son Johnny always seem to be there no matter whether I drop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Their cooks and kitchen staff, servers and bar staff are well known faces to me. Phil 's has an extensive menu of some great comfort food favorites and many with their own twist . His breakfasts are huge, his burgers are massive, they have many East Coast favorites and several have a Southwest twist. The place is a tribute to everything Coca Cola as it dominates his decorating theme in the main dining area. This place is as close to the old-time diner as you 'll find. The positive exceptions are their many TVs in the bar dining area of their place or their frequent car shows and other events in the parking lot in the rear of the main restaurant. Food, drinks, servers, presentation and prices are all great! Give these guys a try for any meal, sports event or a great place to entertain your out of town guests or family. Thank you Phil and family for being a positive part of Fountain Hills for so many years!"
