What Lynn Grant doesn't like about J Peters Grill Bar Downtown Fountain Inn:
This place has consistently gone down hill. 3-4 years ago, J Peters in Fountain Inn was amazing but since then it has gotten pretty pathetic. I always get the J Peters Chicken....literally the only thing I ever get. It’s like 18 bucks but in the past it was worth it. Well not any more. "Ordered 4 cookies on the app... unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances wasn't able to get to the store an hour later. Was informed when I arrived the cookies was sold out (seen some had the cookies i ordered while i was waiting) if someone purchased online or on the app you seriously need to make sure you can fill those orders!!!... now have to wait up to 7 days for the refund. This was probably the best cookie I have tasted in their lineup, the rest have been ok... mostly bland and not flavorful or real buttery.More than likely lost this customer for wasting my time, gas, and money!"

"My first visit on Friday afternoon. It was not awfully busy and could order quite quickly. I ordered the Brisket sandwich with 2 sides and got the baked beans and potato casrole. This is probably the tenderest brisket I've ever had. It was just incredible. The taste was on site. The BBQ sauce offered by them was not a typical sauce and had a different taste. It was good, but I had better. Both the beans and the insole were delicious. They have a covered and heated outdoor area for sitting and eating together with picnic tables outside. Since it was my first visit, they offered me a small sample of their banana pudding that was rich and wonderful. All in all, it was worth the 25-minute drive for me to get there and I was back!"
