What Mytao Westside doesn't like about Starbucks:
Customer service is great. Employees are able to handle the volume and still provide a great level of service. The problem is the location. Coming here anytime before 2pm is a problem. The sun hits the outside of this location so hard. Other than that this Starbucks features a large parking area but no drive thru. Located in the far corner of the Costco town center. Clean, specular and good place to get coffee and do something work. Conveniently located. Okay, I went in a hurry. You know how life is. I left my mouse. I called three hours later and Isaak answered and found my mouse. I'm back. My favorite Starbucks, good people and good management. View all feedback.
