"I walked in a few minutes early and they said my pizza had 4 minutes. Perfect! They tell me they accidentally gave my pizza away and they had to remake it. Should just be another 5 minutes. Okay. I end up spending a total of 30 minutes in their lobby. Okay...? I get the pizza home and its cheese soup that has sloshed to the side of the box cheese and grease everywhere. Not okay. I call the manager, explain and request a refund. The manager offers a credit for our next order, but i tell them I doubt we will be back. They then tell me they can 't refund without the card in store. While they might have good intentions, the oldest person I saw in there couldn 't have been older than 18. A place ran by teenagers that don 't know what they 're doing. Disappointing because I really liked the community support they generated money they raised for the family of their recently deceased colleague."

"Normally, the food here is good, but my brownie friends was terrible, someone put a burnt hard brownie in it. The visit before was my big dive cone small and sloppy! Usually a great place to go, but depends on who makes the ice!"

"We have always ate here and the food has been delicious. Tonight we went and the service was not friendly. We ordered a small and single pizzas. People came in 15 after us and got their pizza and breadsticks and we hadn’t gotten ours yet. My husband went out to ask and still had to wait. When they brought our food it was barely warm. When all you see working are young people that are not friendly and on top of the food not hot it makes a bad experience for a start of a long weekend. And we actually 30 minutes to eat at this one. Not anymore. Sad"

"Pan pizza was good. I had not had one in several years. The salad bar was filling. Not a huge selection, but one of the very few left."
