These guys are great. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful, the jump trainers were organized and efficient, and even the photographers and videographers were making sure everyone knew exactly what to expect. What User doesn't like about Skydive Indianapolis:
The staff at Skydive Indy could benefit in a class on customer service. The gentlemen, from the front office to the lead groundman to the jumper, all spoke derogatorily and overly sarcastic, and often obnoxious. They seemed quite unaware, or did not care that the business runs on customers who pay hundreds of dollars for this experience of a lifetime. read more.
