"Over the street of a vegan caffe, I had never hunted in 6 nutrition companies until today. there are some good options, many sweet, and quite healthy. I chose a green salad. the, on the menu included feta and ei. I asked if it could be made vegan, and they said they could, but would calculate me an additional 1 for adding tofu. it's disappointing, you take that thing off and they gave me nothing, but add something. the personal was friendly and apologise for having to recharge me more for tofu. beautiful place to sit, including exterior. the salat surpassed my expectations. delicious, with beautiful textures. also a good proportion of seeds and green, and less quinoa (how often do they have an salate that has quinoa and is mostly quinoa? I enjoyed it and loved that it felt so healthy. special mention of the coffee that was exceptional."

"24/10/21 having seen their ridiculous post about vaccination certificates being discriminatory, I can’t support this business. I went here with my meat eating family. I had the nachos and vegan iced coffee. It was tasty and the nachos weren’t covered in cheese and guacamole which was good. My brother had the toasted cheese and my mum had the snack plate. Both of them really liked their meals. Service was friendly and the decor was nice. It’s somewhere I’d like to go again. Hope they veganise the pancakes! If I lived near here, ithis would definitely be a regular option. Updated from previous review on 2018-04-25"

"My partner and I haven't been here for several months but were Sunday lunch regulars for a while and the last time, we brought the kids with us for dinner.They absolutely loved it and since we were there in July, have asked a few times to go back, so that will happen shortly.Shams has been open for perhaps not much more than a year but it is a must do.The meats are cooked to absolute perfection over the hot coals, the smoke caringly fanned by the chef.The home made Afghan bread is incredible!The salads couldn't be crispier and the yoghurt couldn't be fresher.When you order a sit-down meal, you are served with an incredibly delicious complimentary, spicy chicken and vegetable soup.We usually order the mixed kebab plate which comes with two chicken skewers, a diced lamb skewer and a lamb mince shish skewer. This is served with a side of salad, the basket of Afghan bread, a side of yoghurt and the chicken soup to start with. All for $13 from memory.We also always buy an ayran drink to accompany the meal; we started drinking ayran while in Turkey a few years ago, which is essentially a bottled yoghurt drink.They also serve other delicious meals such as stews and rice dishes. The rice is similar to a biryani.The restaurant is massive and with large tables and is never packed.It is next door to the rear of Chemist Warehouse.You won't be disappointed!"

"The food was great at this location, especially the Lamb cutlets listed in the entree so good we ordered more cutlets with our mains! Garlic naan was excellent, chicken curry was average. We visited on a Saturday at lunch, and there was one other table occupied. Disappointingly, however, I had booked a 50% offer through TheFork which was not honoured by the restaurant. The restaurant claimed that we had cancelled our booking, even though I am making this review in response to the promotional booking that I made. I showed the restaurant my active booking on TheFork app, but the restaurant did not accept this. I subsequently contacted TheFork and the restaurant numerous times, but both have refused to offer any assistance. Please note this prior to making your booking."
