The Back Bowl Soup Company - Fraser

Sooo good! I found this place among the best rated restaurants in the surroundings. we pulled up and couldn't find it because it was in the tank, so we knew it was good! we both have the pozole and some brot and it was one of the better pozoles I had. would recommend this place. the suppe was very welcomed after a morning of snowmobility!

Every time I have entered to get something they are not open, even if I have been there during their posted business hours as well as other paints, I only go for tankstelle type dinge they are not there, they obviously don't have to run the business to make a living

Fabulous chicken green chile suppe love this place!

I was in Fraser for two days for work and wanted to try something local so I typed restaurants and this place came up. It took a little to find because it’s a counter inside the gas station which gave me pause until I saw just how clean it is. I went in Wednesday and ordered a bacon avocado burger and the green chili soup. That burger was HUGE! It was on a hogue roll and the patty she made up covered the whole bun. She seasoned it just right and it honestly was a burger I’m still thinking about 3 days later. The soup was amazing as well. I ended up going back the next day to try the philly. Being from Chicago I was expecting something good but got something just as mind blowing as the day before. Don’t be in a big rush when you go because she cooks fresh so it’s a 10 minute process but well worth it. Perfect meals two days in a row…. I’ll be back there every time I pass through Fraser. Do not pass this place up!!! I’d have taken pictures but I dug in so fast and tasted so good the only thing that would have been in the picture was foil with some bread crumbs.

Truly the most delicious soups I’ve ever had. This is not just a review of one of their soups. This is my review after having had many of their soups. Soup is not easy to perfect, but these guys most definitely hit perfection every time.
