Never been treated so rudely in a facility. My husband and I came to Cross Mountain, while in Fredericksburg for a glass of wine. We were there on a Friday night, but it wasn't crazy. We went to the bar to order and waited 10 minutes. We understood that the staff was busy and patiently waited.
