"The only place in Langley to order ramen. I ordered Tonkotsu ramen and while waiting ordered strawberry mochi ice cream dessert (I often eat my desserts first). The ramen was a wonderful lunch on a cold day. The broth was rich, the pork chasu tender to bite, and the ramen noodles had just the right chew. It 's slightly less salty than ramen I 've had from other places but still a lot salty as expected from the dish so keep that in mind if you are monitoring your salt intake. The dish is a good size serving, enough for one person not two. The mochi ice cream is nothing special, its served with a dollop of whipped cream on the side. I would recommend ordering it though after a bowl of ramen to 'wash off ' the salt overload your palate just had. I drank water instead. The place is small with limited seating. It was busy when I dined in but fortunately I arrived early enough to secure the bar seating for me and my small group. Public restrooms are outside in a separate building a few steps away."

"They were very polite. I ordered two orders from enchiladas to go a chicken, both got chicken. had to get back to the meat enchiladas, they were both very blanching and the hunch was dry. you have not recommended"

"Come for the Roasted Garlic with Melted Brie, stay for the Pollo Prosciutto and the incredible service! But seriously, we saw the Roasted Garlic in other reviews and it got us in the door. Every component on the plate was perfectly executed and well balanced, and they even brought us some extra bread when we finished our crostini. Mad respect for naming the dish after the star of the show (the garlic) when many restaurants would've lead with the Brie. We also opted to share the Pollo Prosciutto and I genuinely cannot stop thinking about how good it was. Salty creamy fresh balanced and perfectly seasoned. The broccolini had a lovely hint of lemon that cut the richness of the cream sauce, and the chicken was super juicy. My mouth is watering writing this, I will dream about this meal until I can come back and order it again. Fountain Cafe has a super cute and intimate vibe with all of the classic Port Townsend charm. Reservations are highly encouraged and I can see why, do not miss out on this gem!"
