very good food, the pork a dense. at last, not so lean and a decent sauce that could have been a bit more soothing. tasteful top! the pfifferlings were very good, the trout too. the wee was a bit too warm for my taste, but good. we have spent a nice and entertaining evening and for much is strong: we come back!
