I went there alone and wasn't disappointed. The food was really tasty and service was good. A definite must when one is in Füssen!

"So hospitable as the whole place, as our holiday is so many evenings thinking about how you want to come with you now! Great hosts, food and drinks from the Allerfeinsten, we look forward to a reunion at some point! "It was heavily raining and I was hungry beeing around the Old Town of Füssen. Why not Asian food I thought as I found this place in a passage. The place didn’t look cosy it was an atmosphere like in a waiting hall of a...station. The waiter didn’t speak any German so he sent his minor aged daughter to get the order. The Beijing soup was neither sour nor spicy just salty and tasted like cooked the day before. The crispy duck was fine but there was too much rice and less sauce. There were only very few vegetables found their way into this sauce which tasted also just salty. The top of the crop was another costumer stepping in with his dog who was howling the whole time next to my table and got fed by his master from the dish master got served. I don’t understand how could you allow dogs inside a dining restaurant? The bill was not very high but the food wasn’t worth more"

"We stopped at Eiscafe Hohes Schloss for a much needed ice cream after climbing up to Neuschwanstein Castle. The menu is in both German and English and is very extensive, with page after page of ice cream creations and photos to aid decision making! There's...a wide selection of alcoholic sundaes and others are very inventive, being made to look like pasta dishes! We opted for the Baileys Becher (I'm advised the alcohol content was very generous and the Cookies Becher. This came with delicious cookies and three flavours of ice cream, all of which were very tasty and moreish! We sat in the outside seating area and watched the world go by; what could be more relaxing than sitting back in the sun with a large ice cream?! The only reason for my score not being is due to the confusion over our change in that none was given!! Payment here is by cash only and I was prepared for the fact that it is usual to round up to the nearest euro but the waiter took our money and walked off, without even offering us our change or us telling him to keep the difference, so we ended up tipping about without any choice in the matter!"
