Managed to try one of the famous food, chicken hot pot in Hakata/ Fukuoka. This restaurant may not be the most famous, but it tastes really good for me. The soup is thick and rich and the chicken is also fresh and delicate. We didn't know we had to reserve a meal there (we went for dinner), but the staff is very helpful and arranged some seats for us after a short wait. The yakitori served were also very nice to serv...
