Had a sample of the brisket enchiladas today at the Katy food fest. Omg. Amazing. And so was the service. Will be going in the morning to get some from the restaurant. View all feedback.
What david cosby doesn't like about Dozier's Bbq Meat Market And Deer Processing:
Chopped beef is not what it used to be. Very little texture, as though it had been put through a food processor! Taste was off too, needed the sauce to add taste. View all feedback.

Always good. This place has been around since 1957 for a reason. Ps. Don't leave without getting a pint of banana pudding .
Ordered brisket (moist, not lean), pork ribs, and German sausages. Brisket was flavourful, but not the melt in your mouth standard. Pork ribs were off the bone! Sadly, both the ribs and sausages were a tad too salty, which robs the BBQ smokiness. Coleslaw lacks depth taste like cabbage topped with diluted ranch but baked potato salad wins the day perfect texture and taste! Staff were mostly friendly and courteous. For the price, there are other BBQ joints in Houston to aim for...alas, we're in Fulshear
Walking in, you get a waft of sweet smell of smoked meats, but contrary to my expectations, the place was very clean kept and organized. It's the right balance of comfy homey and maximized space. The staff were very friendly to explain the process and we're happy to answer any questions about the place even the most tedious ones such as where to get the silverware. The seats and atmosphere were really accommodating and nice and the food was really up to par or beyond other bbq places I've visited. Would visit again if I ever need to suggest someone who hasn't tried Texas BBQ in the past.
