As far as Japanese food goes in France, this place is the best I have been to The sashimi was both high quality and the perfect temperature.

Warning that menu is not in English nor did the host speak much English, but we did our homework ahead of time and translated the menu before arriving.

Franchement sur le buffet que des salades industrielles.pourtant des carottes râpées maison ce n'est pas compliqué ni coûteux pour un cuisinier...Rien de maison...
