"Grumpy staff (only the owners work there!). Dirty establishment. Poor hours. EXPENSIVE!!!! Small servings! As a New Brunswicker I am ashamed that this place exists. On behalf of all New Brunswickers I feel I must apologize to the world for the rip-off that this place is. Sorry. There are better places and better ice cream. Chapman's and Cotticoat (sp?) for starters."

"This is only our second experience at this chain of restaurants so can't make many comparisons. It is new to Cambridge, located in the "Power Center" and close to The Keg, and Montana's. It was very busy for 5pm on a Sunday afternoon... we got seated in the dining room very promptly, but at a table in the middle of the room. We found it quite noisy.. lots of families, kids crying, football on TV, music playing... however, if you are expecting this you won't be bothered by it. Our server was attentive and friendly. We noticed that she actually caught a mistake on an order at the next table and took it back to the kitchen without being prompted.. something you don't see much of these days! Our basket of complimentary nachos arrived quickly and was replenished during the meal. My Caesar was nice and spicy, but had a limp piece of celery in it. The meal was okay... nice and hot, and enough for lunch leftovers. There seemed to be a LOT of staff on, including a ?floor manager who seemed to be holding up the wall by the kitchen as he was overseeing the dining room, but didn't seem to be doing much to help out. There seems to be good value there, which explains the large groups of people... would be a better experience in a booth, or with a group."
