"Why is this place still open? they sit long enough in the line until I come to the first window, pulled out at least 2 cars and left. Finally got my food after waiting too long when I went two cars before me without paying. my fries are cold and I'm pretty sure they cooked this patty before at least one hour if no more. 1 star is too many."

"Delicious food! Our waitress (Kate? was very friendly and helpful. She explained that most of their sauces and specialty dishes were made in-house. My friends all had the battered cod baskets and said it was delicious. I opted for the rueben sandwich after she told me it was actual brisket and not the corned beef lunch meat that many places try to pass off as suitable rueben ingredients. It was one of the best ruebens I've eaten in a while.10/10 will stop again when we are passing through the area."

"Usually have no issues with whatever I order but tonight my sandwich had tomatoes when I clearly said no tomatoes. They also got my name wrong (had the name Jerry on the receipt) and to top everything else, There was hair in my sandwich. I don't know if I will be able to eat there"

"Definitely prefer this location compared to Subway. That is what I always get—the #6 American club. A sandwich, chips, drink, and cookie cost far less here than they would at Subway. For everything, I paid $15. Cookies and sandwiches are much better quality. Anytime I'm in Galesburg, Illinois, I'll be making this my new sandwich shop."
