Hurray! It's open again. The Galiano daystar market has a sweet cafe in the back that has been closed for years. It has reopened as an art gallery / store and cafe coffee bar. Hopefully it stays open during the cooler months too so the fireplace can be my favourite spot when visiting Galiano. read more.

The comprehensive variety of coffee and tea specialties greatly enhances the value of a visit to Market Cafe, With the bite-sized, Tapas, you can't do anything wrong, particularly because there is something for all tastes. "We love going here with friends. All our meals have been delicious and the staff is very friendly. Their brunch cocktails are lots of fun. It can be busy and there is often a line.
