"It took 45 minutes for me to receive my simple drive-thru order. No warning that it would take that long, no apologies for the wait, and cold food. I watched people behind me receive their food first, customers park, go in, order, eat, and come back out way before I received my food. Completely unacceptable. Won?t be returning.
