"We've eaten there many times. The food is awesome. Zero complaints there. However, last time we went there, we ordered ahead via the web (over $75), got our food and went home. We opened the poke bowls at home and none of them had any sauces. We checked the receipt and it listed all the sauces we ordered. We then called and talked to someone there, and she immediately knew who prepped the food without even asking our name, and put her on the phone. The food preparer said that she remembered adding sauces, so I offered to send photos or a video of the bowls with no sauces. She then gave the phone to her manager. The manager said they couldn't have forgotten the sauces, and when I offered to send a photo or video of what I received, she said we could drive back and get sauces but that was our only option. I said we live twenty minutes away, and she said we could still drive and get them. That's not okay. They should have cared just a little. They could have given us some credit or at least apologized. We were regular customers and they messed up our order and didn't care at all."

"4.5 Stars We loved this place! What a nice restaurant. They have restored it and decorated beautifully. The food was delicious! The soup of the day was Lobster Bisque!!! and it was the best I ever had. Wonderful! We even ordered a few extra to go home. The Hawaiian burger was excellent: delicious juicy. Nice Teriyaki. Good, nice bungalow. But the star was the big plate of grilled ham! Wow! How creative! The Prime Rib Dip was so incredibly delicate. Like butter! The jus had body and was thick, closer to fond de veau than broth. Nice to dive! The staff was nice. The surroundings were festive and relaxing. We will definitely come back. The reason 4.5 instead of 5?: Fried Calamari was beautiful, but a skosh too wide. It was mild and overwhelmed the otherwise very beautiful squid. The side salad was a generous size, but the salad was old, rough and limp. Why do you let this detail go? Why are you making the salad a dump? If the same attention was given to the salad as to the rest of the menu, this would be a destination restaurant. I know the times are hard and the economy costs squeezing, but their price is too high. You need to lower them at least 20%. Smaller margins, but it would bring more customers. I'd eat there a lot, but I can't afford it like that? ll have to be in a while. Restaurants that want to survive and do a rollicking good business should strive for a better affordability that will drive their regular business forward."

"I have been in this place since his opening, but was not there in a few years. I recommended it to the family that recently moved into the opposite. I was really disappointed to hear that they had a bad experience with eating and service, but I didn't make it my decision to go back there. I should have taken her advice. the service went down the hill that became clear from the beginning. not for the rest."

"We’ve been here for three times. Their drinks are good, especially the non-caffeine menu. It’s fresh and special. Mango Cloud is our top choice. The Matcha Marble tastes bitter in my opinion. They sometimes have new drinks. This is our go to tea place!"
