"I have visited Rosie 's on two other occasions when I have visited Gander and both times were very positive experiences. However, this past visit was so negative I won 't be returning. I had hoped to originally order the cod but they were sold out so I ordered the salmon. I eat fish several times a week so I know how it is suppose to smell and taste. When the salmon arrived it looked fine but it didn 't smell great, so I did try a small bite and it was awful. It had gone bad and I would have been sick if I ate it. When the waitress returned with the remaining food for the table, I told her what the issue was and was sorry but I had to send it back. I then ordered the soup and side salad. Several minutes later she came back with my plate of salmon and informed me that it is their policy to not take anything back and I would still have to pay for it. I explained that I was sending it back because it was bad and not that I changed my mind or didn 't like it. She apologized and said there was nothing that she could do. So, I waited for my second order but while waiting one of friends (who happens to own a pub/restaurant), tried a small piece of the salmon and agreed that it was bad and couldn 't be eaten. Once we were finished the waitress came by and asked if I wanted a take away for the salmon and I informed her to throw it away because it was bad and would make someone sick if they ate it. When I went to the cash I again told the cashier the issue I had and she said the same thing there is nothing I can do . I make a point to always try to support local businesses, especially small mom-and-pop places, but if you are looking for good food and somewhere that appreciates your business, Rosie 's is not that place."

"I was in Sinbads and had breakfast in Mystic. Loved her service and the food was also pretty good! I also loved the inside. Very tidy. Would definitely recommend if you stay at the hotel! Service: Dine in Meal Type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmospheric: 5."

"This place was busy. It was full when we arrived on a Sunday evening so we had to wait but not for long. The expansive interior handled the noise levels from so many people quite well. It certainly wasn't quiet but we had no difficulty having a conversation. As we finished off there were even more people waiting to get in. There are big screen TV's that featured a football game. I ordered the Cod Tacos with a side salad for $15.99. They were quite filling even though they're probably one of the lowest cost items on the menu. There is lots of parking and it's easy to find as its right on the TransCanada Highway. If you don't mind waiting for a table you'll probably enjoy a meal here. It's pretty much a chicken place (with a few exceptions such as my cod tacos) and if your okay with that then you'll find something to satisfy your hunger at Jungle Jim's."

"As expected for A&W. Always a good choice if you're looking for fast food. Quality is as expected for A&W. They offer table service which is a nice change from some other locations. Food came quickly and was exactly what was ordered. The only thing I have found with this location is that they occasionally run out of certain items later in the day."
