What Ha N likes about Chợ Tam Biên:
Bought about $30 worth of various innards to make rice soup at home, which is much cheaper eating by the bowl at any restaurants. The innards are really good. We love everything, especially doi xa, very tasty and flavorful. They cut and sell as much or as little as you want to buy for each type of innards. A bit cheap giving out the accompanied vegetables and herbs though. View all feedback. What Jazz N doesn't like about Chợ Tam Biên:
So I came here randomly for a quick lunch. Tried the Bánh Canh tôm cua soup. The broth itself was ok, not the thick kind of Banh canh broth, but the more watery kind. The flavor was alright, but the udon noodles were hard and not soft or deo . The pork meat was tender and good, but I barely finished my bowl of soup because the noodles were just not good at all.
