"Nougatier farmers at the TOP! Everything is succulent, this factory/boutique is worth a visit. The winter the little corner 'Tea lounge' makes you spend a pleasant moment... and the summer the terrace allows us to taste good ice cream or nougats, cowrins...that of happiness! <3"

"Every single lunch is a new food discovery. With its Japanese influences but also Mexican, Thai, Indian... and many others, you can't be wrong with the simple menu: 2 main plates, vegan or not vegan, and amazing desserts. During COVID the meals are To Go but you want to enjoy the Terrasse on Place du Septier or the fun setting inside, the large windows on both sides of the restaurant make you feel outside."

"The location is beautiful and the service professional. However, food is below average and very overpriced. I almost returned my entire main course (Squid) and told the waitress that there was too much vinegar in the plate. She took it back, but I was not offered an alternative or any form of “cost”. We were fully charged, even for the bad main course. There are too many excellent restaurants in the region to choose this restaurant again."

"Nice room (at more than euros per night, you may hope so) but very average service. We contacted them months prior to our arrival to make sure they’ll have vegan options at breakfast. They did not. Barely had non dairy milk and seemed like a supreme effort for staff to fetch it. They also charged us euros for coffees, which even for a Relais Chateaux is outrageous."

"We went here on a Monday night (most restaurants in Apt are closed). It sits in a nice location next to the old hospital tower, maybe a bit off the beaten track. We noticed that the Chef seemed to be on his own serving and cooking and when I enquired about the difficulty of this, his explanation sounded a bit bitter (about being fed up with personnel). We were not very hungry and asked if we could share a menu which was not welcome (fair enough) but he suggested for economy of work to make a price and put half the starter and main course on one plate (also fair enough). But the meal we got served was disappointing to say the least; two hard pieces of bread with warm goat cheese and barely warm porc (we ordered rosemary porc) and vegetable, there was no sauce at all and not a hint of rosemary. Alongside, we got a few leaves of salad with nothing on it. The wine was fine, but overpriced. Very disappointed, I would have liked to say something nice about a struggling restaurant owner, but his lack of any consideration I found disappointing."
