"Where do I begin? When you walk in, you’re immediately treated like family. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing that you feel right at home! The service is impeccable! The owner and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Now, the food is unbelievable! I’m Ukrainian, and my husband is American. We both couldn’t have been happier with the food! We ordered A LOT (beef tongue, Russian style herring, borscht, Turkish liver, manti, plov, lamb ribs kebab, buckwheat kasha with mushrooms, and Napoleon). Every dish was so spectacular that we had to come back for dinner the next day! Sadly, we live 4 hours away, but this will be our only go-to restaurant every time we’re in Dallas!"

"I 've been to Pangea one time in an attempt to support a black owned business. The food was horrible, but the waiter was great until he started talking about his tip. We are two black women in our seventies. The waiter all but said, :Yall beyyer give me a good tip. Very uncalled for because my.friend.and I always tip more than what 's standard tip. It scated us! We asked for take out because it was so nasty, I thought maybe I could doctor it once we got home. This is one of their more expensive meals on the menu! Why did I open that box to a bucket of grease? The whole ordeal was $76. That was my tab. I don 't remember what my friend paid. . Oh and the honey buttered corn bread was nasty tasting. The glass of wine was okay. I will never go back their again. The red flags should have been an indicator. The place was empty! As nice and large as it is there were only us and a table on the other side of the room where 5 or 6 women were throwing a birthday party. Ugh!!"
