Had to cut my stay short. Originally it was three nights, I stayed one only. The drain in the bathroom was broken, I had to manually lift it up for the water to drain. The night time employee at the front desk couldn't leave his post so it had to be resolved the next day. The A/C was at 81 degrees all night long. Some elevator buttons were broken. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Holiday Inn Express Lake Ray Hubbard! Pamela at the front desk is remarkable! Our family of 4 had to stay at the hotel while our home had foundation repair. During our stay, Pamela and the gentleman at the front desk were outstanding. They made us feel at home.
