We've been planning a wedding party with the owner for weeks. Closed company with food and drinks. The boss was on the Oktoberfest the day before and just didn't show up. Luckily his employee had a key and opened us. We had no food and only small drinks. Everything had to be organized even if we had discussed everything again.
