Wait times are expected. They say no refunds but they bag food up which is not easy to do quick check on order so i live 2hrs away and start driving and realize my order feels light. They gave me shrimp n catfish instead on wings and catfish. The carfish was so slimy i had to thrown it out to the birds. So mad since i only get to eat out that way every few months.
