there are not many vegan options in the environment, so it was a welcome surprise to see some vegan options in caffe inside the area of the beautiful gibside. I had the cured cauliflower paper, packed full of taste and a delicious pumpkin flavored soy latte. there is also a beautiful sitting area outside. worth visiting if they plan a trip to this national trust page.
