"I've been meaning to post a review for The Feed Mill for a long time now, but I always forget to take pictures when my food comes out. My wife and I come here on a regular basis because it's by far the best restaurant in Gatesville. The waitresses are always fantastic, and you get treated like a regular from the second you walk in the door.. Everything I've ever gotten has been delicious. Prime rib, catfish, burgers, and the Philly cheesesteak are a few of my favorites. Their homemade desserts are out of this world delicious too. I can't speak highly enough of the folks at The Feed Mill!"

"The BOB hamburger is great from what my son said. My loaded brisket potatoe with was less desirable. The potatoe tasted like it had been reheated from a prior day and the cheese came off is a glob of waxy mess. It had no butter, sour cream, or chives. Just cheese and chopped brisket. It was take out so I tried to salvage it with my own cheese, butter, and sour cream, but couldn't. It went to the trash. I have had their brisket plates with potatoe salad and baked beans which is good. So maybe stay away from the potatoes."

"This is the most personal yet professional place to visit! The staff is very accommodating. The food is absolutely wonderful. The dough is the perfect thickness with the right amount of sauce. They will make special requests for the buffet. We were very pleased with the comfortable atmosphere and friendly conversation. I come through Gatesville twice a month. I know where I will be having lunch from now on! I love Pizza!!!!!! If all small businesses were ran like this one, there is definitely a future for America!"

"Bland, subpar food. Don't get the Pasta Sampler! Comes as a big blob with melted cheese in the middle. Very unappetizing and confusing. The salmon was slightly undercooked and also very bland. Our plates were still full, we'd have just left it but we spent over $55 on the meal. Only thing good was dessert. We've tried them twice but sorry, we won't be back."

"We are not from the area, just passing through, and my husband is a huge steak guy. So we had to stop by Ranchers Steakhouse and while the wait staff was very welcome and sweet the environment was clean nice the food fell short for us tonight. My husband got the 8oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, and Mac n cheese. I got the catfish baked potato, and the only thing either of us really enjoyed was the potatoes. Although, I was very impressed by their options at their salad bar options on their Kids Menu. Overall, it was a good experience. The food was just just average for us."
