"The restaurant itself is nice we sat outside by the creek and thoroughly enjoyed that.... however, service was strongly lacking and the food was average at best. The crab cakes looked phenomenal, but tasted so strongly it almost seemed like they added artificial flavoring. The scallops and rice were delicious, but everything was just room temperature, nothing warm. My squash didn’t even seem cooked all the way"

"Visiting from Dublin, Ohio. Great meal service was tremendous starting with the hostess, the manager, who checked on people's service and our server was out of this world. Not only did she make our experience great. But she was helping guests with dietary needs and a table of deaf patrons. I worked for Wendy's for 30 years. Dave Thomas always said take care of the customer and you all did. Thanks so much for your southern hospitality!"

"Five stars! All right! Great little restaurant with great food. The sandwich bread was AMAZING. We had fried chicken sandwiches and a peanut butter cookie (which was still warm I could add). They also had drinks and coffee. Very recommended for a quick bite to eat! It won't disappoint! The staff was also very friendly!"

"The veggie burger is Boca. We also had the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were served with small pieces of fried chicken in the bottom of the basket. Go to Mellow Mushroom if vegan, and for veggies there are other places with veggie burgers to check out. Other cons: we sat for 10 minutes before having to flag down someone to serve us (they were busy- but 10 min is a bit much), they served wine in a glass with a large chip out of the stem and overall the food was just not great."

"Great food. Had the 20 oz steak and the Alamo potatoes. Excellent service. Kellie was my waitress and she was amazing. Next time we visit Gatlinburg we will definitely be visiting the Alamo Steakhouse again. Well done! Also my Verizon gps took me to the back parking lot where there was plenty of parking."

"David, our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable of the food and spirit menu, and checked in at the perfect times (when drinks needed refilled, when we were ready to order, etc. . Food was tasty, manager checked in and was helping around the restaurant.Very pleasant experience. Ambiance absolutely amazing. Would definitely come back."
