I was with a group that got swooned by the two guys outside marketing to “go right up stairs for the best dinner”. First of all, that is not appetizing for me....

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed eating at the Burg Steakhouse when we have visited Gatlinburg. Go and enjoy!

Fast service but the food was sub par t bone was like a breakfast steak, thin tough , burger was dry toppings were skimpy

"Great out-of-the way place! Danny took our order and went out of his way to explain everything. After we got our food, he came to check on us and gave us great tips on things do do while we are here. The food is very reasonably priced and good. The beer bar had lots of options. Very casual."

"Visiting from Dublin, Ohio. Great meal service was tremendous starting with the hostess, the manager, who checked on people's service and our server was out of this world. Not only did she make our experience great. But she was helping guests with dietary needs and a table of deaf patrons. I worked for Wendy's for 30 years. Dave Thomas always said take care of the customer and you all did. Thanks so much for your southern hospitality!"

"The ambiance was 5… everything else 2. The “charcuterie board” was 3 kinds of boring meat, some toast and a teaspoon of 1 type of mustard. No cheeses, no jams. The menu is designed for large parties to share multiple dishes. It is not a place for two people, expect to pay well over $100 to piece together a whole charcuterie by purchasing the meat, cheeses, and spreads all separately. The server was polite but not attentive. She didn’t offer to tell us anything about the menu."

"The woman wanted to taste a apple wine, especially because the celebrations come. when we run the strip in gatlinburg, we observe the tennessee cider company. of course we will check it. I am always playing when they get free rehearsals. the man was a surprise sincerely shocked to the variety already of different species of zider that exist and how tasty they are. I was always grown up in miami, with apple wine for the new year, but it was very bitter art of drink. no my friends, these people have the tenderest succumbs in the estate. Let's start by saying that hospitable is amazing. we had a flight of rehearsals my favorites was a specific mix of zimt with apple that was warm and not overpowered. it was sweeter than anything, a true seasonal and holiday drink. I come back in definitiw and try some of their more interesting aromes."

"The staff went out to create vegan options for me. Order the Awesome Avocado Jack Burger without cheese. The waitress kindly separated the bread, as it is made with milk as one of the ingredients. A salad was the only choice, but it was a decent salad. Also, broccoli had steamed without butter, but they brought me lemon to press it."

"Great food. Had the 20 oz steak and the Alamo potatoes. Excellent service. Kellie was my waitress and she was amazing. Next time we visit Gatlinburg we will definitely be visiting the Alamo Steakhouse again. Well done! Also my Verizon gps took me to the back parking lot where there was plenty of parking."
