"This place is pretty awesome. It was packed on a Saturday morning but still pretty easy to navigate though and we were served quickly. The treats we purchased were everything we expected and more. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in the area!"

"The Gaylord BC is the best BC. They hook up the toppings there's a drive-up window a freakin play place! It was a downgrade after being inside jimmy Jukebox though. Still, it's damn good pizza."

"I've only been to one five guys several years ago so other than getting a ton of fries I didn't really remember what to expect. I wasn't super impressed with spending $20 on my lunch alone but that burger was amazing. Probably one of the best restaurant burgers I've had in my life. The taste was perfect, the toppings plentiful, and it wasn't overly greasy like you'd see in a lot of restaurant burgers of that size. The fries were great, of course they lasted me all day, I didn't even eat dinner that night because I was so full from eating fries the whole way home after work. It's a little expensive for my taste but I'd have a hard time not stopping by again my next trip to Gaylord."

"The food was ok and the front counter girl was very pleasant. I ordered 2 steak dinners to go. The price I was charged and what was listed online were different. When I brought it to the attention of the manager she said the website needed to be updated and I would have to pay the listed price. It's a shame that she would not adjust the price , it's the principle for $6 she lost a customer."

"Five stars! Excellent food! We had packed the shrimp with bacon as an appetizer that was delicious. I had the meat and my husband had the southwest bowl with chicken. Both meals were great! The service was phenomenal! Great atmosphere! I would recommend myself."

"The server was not friendly but efficient. We had the salad, bread and an appetizer of shrimp cocktail. It was all delicious! We both had ordered prime rib and 1 baked potato and I had potatoes au graten. And we were so disappointed in the prime rib. We have never had such awful prime rib, so bad that we only ate a few bites. The baked potato was small and very overcooked. We have been to several other locations and been very happy so we were very disappointed."
