What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I wish you could evaluate without staring, but I understand that you have to. Every time we visit this restaurant, we never receive our complete order. When we try to address the issue, we are met with rude and unprofessional behavior. One employee even yelled at me when I tried to explain that our order was incomplete and that our baconator fries were simply thrown into the bag without a container. This is by far th... The cashier Nikki was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. She was busy, but maintained a positive attitude. It's rare to receive such good service with a smile. Give this girl a raise! We will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
