Lunch time, one person dealing with a queue of 10 people, poor woman was doing the drinks, toasting paninis and tea cakes, serving handing change, How she remained sane and smiling is a credit to her. How dare you treat your customers and your staff like this? You should be ashamed! Tables were filthy, floor was disgusting, chairs had crumbs on them, no cutlery, no napkins and no manager available for me to talk to.... View all feedback.

Only ordinary sainsburys have quite everything they need. the new cosmetic area is beautiful
These stores have really gone downhill,no cafe,no deli,poor quality meat,.They have now invited Starbucks in. THESE people don't allow union membership,or freedom of speech . Well done Sainsburys
Not reopening in the future? It was a good cafe but company decided to close it as a policy. It was very useful when it was open! Get up to date Tripadvisor!!
We were out Shopping in Arnold really enjoy the Sainsburys experience . We had coffee in the cafe. Staff are so friendly, hygiene is very prominent the staff follow great procedures. We recommend this cafe.
