Not only was I impressed with the food and the copious amounts of it, but also with the restaurant itself, it's bright and modern, the service efficient and friendly. Such a change from the all wood Auberge style of restaurant in Geneva. There's a very tasty buffet with hot and cold food, fresh and delicious. What Sven Odermatt doesn't like about Aquarela do Brasil:
The staff were attentive and polite but everything was over-salted, which was a shame. Used to faster service, we only went through all meats once and it wasn't as high-end as the Brazilian down the road... less really good meat (right at end) and the best ones were too salty for everyone at the table (6 people all agreed).
