This place has got to sell some of the most overpriced food in Geneva (fantastic accomplishment). Bland sandwiches that taste worse than that of the local supermarket (and 4 times the price). Their salads are slightly better but again ridiculously overpriced. Their bread is also pretty dire. "Unbelievable and delicious meal here. The staff was impeccable and the drinks, the staff and the tasting menu had to die. The restaurant concentrates on the Nordic roots and creates the combination of the aromas of the Nordic country with modern European gastronomy. If the tasting menu is available when you go, I really can recommend nothing other than that. This amazing chef will have absolutely stars next to his name soon, and frankly, I am surprised after I ate it last night that the institution does not already have one."
