Depuis plusieurs années je partage ma vie avec un péruvien et commence donc à bien connaitre cette cuisine que j'apprécie beaucoup, mais dont je ne connais pas encore tous les secrets.Nous nous sommes absolument régalés, tout était délicieux, et la carte propose un choix particulièrement varié des diverses spécialités péruviennes .... nous avons également dégusté un vin rouge péruvien, ce qui est rare, plus qu'honora... Nous sommes allés deux soirs de suite dans ce restaurant. La première fois, nous avions apprécié le repas à part les pisco sours avec beaucoup trop de glaçons. 14 CHF le verre de pisco cela fait cher le litre d'eau ! Le deuxième soir j'ai osé demandé un supplément de sauce criolla. J'ai reçu une petite coupelle avec de la tomate en tranches et de l'oignon ciselé et un peu de coriandre. Pleasant terrace in the heart of Paquis, friendly and smiling service. Good civeches and starter. The lomo salteado remains quite mediocre.
The best ceviche in Geneva! Very good pisco too. And to finish, the excellent torta 3 leches.
