this place is very vegan friendly, the buffet is great with various options, it has a nice selection of suppening that most of them are vegan, they even have vegan desserts. everything is clearly characterized vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, so it is easy to choose. this is my favourite place in genf, the friendly staff is welcoming. A choice of soups, cold salads, warm dishes to choose from, as well as dessert, paying according to what you eat (per weight).
